We have all heard: What you think about is what you get in life.
Years ago people may have scoffed at that belief, but it is becoming more widely accepted year by year. The power of our thoughts is a force to be reckoned with. Unfortunately, it is far too easy to let thoughts run rampant, often slipping into negativity – focusing on what we don’t want, rather than what we do want. If negatives are the focus, that is what will show up!
Negative attracts negative and positive attracts positive. So, the key is to think positively and focus on what we DO want all the time. When the focus is on finding good solutions to problems, believing that we can successfully face and overcome challenges to reach our goals, the brain will come up with ways to make those things happen.
A healthy, fully functioning brain has incredible power.
